Four Anti-virals to stop or prevent outbreaks
The questions I get asked by most of my clients is "how do I stop the painful and embarrassing outbreaks fast or prevent them altogether?"
My answer 100% of the time is to build the immune system so that it is able to fight off the herpes virus when it comes out of the dormant stage. The herpes virus is a tricky virus because it can hide in the nervous system cells and not cause any symptoms. In order to prevent the virus from starting its replication process, the body must be equipped before hand with the nutrients it needs to send in the killer cells of the immune system.
If your body is full of toxins and is oxygen deficient, outbreaks will happen often but if you have a health regimen that feeds the body tons of vitamins, minerals and supplements chances are you may not see an outbreak.
The most common herbs listed on the web to help fight off herpes are lemon balm for topical treatment, st.john's wart taken in capsule or tea form, oil of oregano taken in extract or capsule form, Lysine taken in capsule form. Read Here for some other common herbal treatments.
Here is my list of not so common anti-viral herbs that will definitely boost your immune system and prevent herpes outbreaks.
- Damiana – this herb is known to bring oxygen to the genital areas helping to prevent to appearing of herpes sores. It has a calming effect on the nervous system. Be careful because it is an aphrodisiac ;-)
- Tribulus – this herb contains X steroidal saponins which helps to improve the immune system with its antibacterial/antiviral properties. It is another herb that stimulates the central nervous system. It may also help with menopause, pms, and lowering cholesterol.
- Skullcap - is a “nerve herb” it will help virtually every part of the nervous system from the spinal cord up to the brain. It feeds and nurtures the nervous system. It has anti-viral properties that fight off infection and boost the immune system. You will benefit from calmer and more peaceful sleep. Take in extract form or capsule. Try to stay away from the packaged tea as it is normally the less potent because it is normally not the best quality of the herb.
- Sassafras root – this herb helps to detoxify the blood and is good for the prostate, guys. This herb will probably need to be ordered online and not found in most health stores because it was banned by the FDA for is safrole component. However, in normal dosing it is antibacterial and antiviral. This herb was used in Europe to fight STD’s like syphilis and gonorrhea. I was haven warts on my hands. I have had them for about 2 and a bit years. I am so scared what my mates are going to so and I hide my hands all of the time. ReplyDeleteI was haven als on my private part. I have had them for about 2 and a bit years. I am so scared what my mates are going to says if there should fined out i have als on my private part and due to the virus my girlfriend broke up with me. I have been to the Doctors 9 times to get it treated. They all come back. I have been using Tee Tree Oil and Wartner (You freeze them at home) and they seem to be keeping the smaller als small but they can't seem to treat the larger ones. ReplyDeleteI am DEJA WILLIAM from United States LAKEWOOD NEW JERSEY, I was having herpes 2 on my private part. I have had them for about 2 and a half years. I am so scared that my friends are going to laugh at me, if they should find out that I have herpes on my private part and due to the virus my boyfriend broke up with me.
